Custom Classes:
We can design a custom class for up to 6 people (or possibly more depending on the size of your space) which will include several dishes of your choice. This can be a great way to bring together a group of friends for an evening! Several classes are listed below; you can pick one or customize your own. Cost is dependent on the meal selected, but will generally be around $50 per person.

You Can Cook…Soup Supper!
In this class you will learn to make apple cheddar soup, black bean soup, creamy shrimp soup and a fresh salad using my secret 3-ingredient salad recipe.
You Can Cook…Pizza!
In this class, you will learn to make homemade pizza dough (and how to freeze it for later use), a simple sauce and then we will make pizza using both your oven and your gas grill. We will also make some cookies for dessert, because fresh homemade cookies are so much better than anything you might buy.
You Can Cook…Desserts!
In this class you will learn to make cheesecake and a chocolate torte as well as two delicious dessert sauces, caramel and hot fudge. After cooking, we will sample our creations and you will have a small cheesecake to take home and enjoy later.
You Can Cook…Winter Comfort Food!
In this class you will learn to make a beef stew with butternut squash and barley (or carrots & potatoes if you prefer), a fresh salad using my secret 3-ingredient salad recipe, a side of creamy polenta and apple crisp for dessert.
You Can Cook…Grill Edition!
In this class you will learn to make a delicious marinade that is perfect for grilled chicken, fish and vegetables, homemade rice pilaf, and homemade brownies for dessert. Did you know that homemade brownies have only two more ingredients than the box…and taste so much better?
You Can Cook…Breakfast!
In this class you will learn to make homemade granola that is even better than what you can buy at the organic grocery store, and to make bacon without making a mess of your stove – or standing next to the stove frying it. Next we’ll make real waffles – cheaper and almost a different food than frozen – and homemade hot chocolate (no packets!) in the microwave. At the end of class, we will enjoy “breakfast for dinner”, a meal of our creations.

In addition to the planned classes above, I am happy to design a class for up to six people that will take place in your (north of Boston) home. I will work with you to develop a menu that is simple and delicious, and teach your group to prepare it in your own home. At the end of the class, we will enjoy the food that we have prepared, and you and your guests will learn to make food that is healthy, delicious and REAL.
