Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1. Spread about 1 Tbs. cheese on 1 slice of the bread. 2. Cut the piece of bread into 3 strips, and roll up the first strip. 3. Once rolled, wrap a 1/2 slice of bacon around it and secure with toothpick. 4. Repeat until all the bacon is gone (you will have leftover bread and cream cheese). 5. Bake until bacon is brown and crispy, about 20 minutes. Serve immediately! Makes about 30 pieces; I usually plan 3 pieces per person if other food is being served. |

This needs to be served within 15 minutes of when it is done; it is not good cold. However, when served hot, it is unbelievably good!
